Bishop’s Academy, LLC. Coaching & Consultation Cancellation Policy

Overview
This cancellation policy applies to all coaching and consulting services offered by Bishop's Academy, including individual sessions, package deals, and group workshops.

Cancellation by Client

More Than 48 Hours Notice: If the client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, they are entitled to a full refund or can reschedule the session at no additional cost.

24 to 48 Hours Notice: If the client cancels between 24 to 48 hours before the session, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% can be used as a credit towards future sessions.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergencies, subject to the discretion of Bishop's Academy Coaching & Consultation Services.

Package Deals: For package deals, clients must inform Bishop's Academy Coaching & Consultation Services of their intent to cancel the remaining sessions in their package. The refund for the remaining sessions will be calculated based on the number of sessions already completed (charged at the standard hourly rate) plus the applicable cancellation fees.

Rescheduling by Client
Clients may reschedule a session once, provided they give more than 24 hours notice, without incurring additional charges. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to an administrative fee.

Cancellation by Bishop's NFTs Coaching Services Advance Notice: In the rare event that Bishop's NFTs Coaching Services needs to cancel a scheduled session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Emergency Situations: If cancellation is due to an emergency, Bishop's Academy will attempt to reschedule the session at a convenient time for the client. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Group Workshops
For group workshops, participants must cancel at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Notification
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to the official Bishop's Academy Coaching & Consultation Services email address.

Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of Bishop's Academy Coaching & Consultation Services.

Policy Amendments
Bishop's Academy Coaching & Consultation Services reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients with pre-existing appointments will be notified of any changes.

This policy aims to provide clarity and fairness to our clients while ensuring that Bishop's Academy Coaching & Consultation Services can manage and allocate resources effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Membership Policy

1. Membership Types and Duration:

- Free Membership:
- Duration: 5 years from the date of registration.

- Explorer Membership:
- Cost: $2.99 per 30-day cycle (non-recurring).
- Benefits: 5% discount on all purchases.
- Duration: Active for the purchased 30-day cycle, no automatic renewal.

- Enthusiast Membership:
- Cost: $4.99 per 30-day cycle (non-recurring).
- Benefits: 10% discount on all purchases.
- Duration: Active for the purchased 30-day cycle, no automatic renewal.

- Advocate Membership:
- Cost: $9.99 per 30-day cycle (non-recurring).
- Benefits: 15% discount on all purchases.
- Duration: Active for the purchased 30-day cycle, no automatic renewal.

2. Payment Methods:

- Memberships can be purchased using:
- PayPal
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Cryptocurrency

3. Payment Authorization:

- Upon selecting a membership type, the user agrees to a one-time payment for the specified membership duration.

4. Membership Renewal:

- Memberships do not automatically renew. Users have the option to manually renew their membership before expiration.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

- Memberships are non-recurring, and refunds will not be issued once the payment is processed.

6. Discounts:

- Membership discounts are applicable on all eligible purchases made during the active membership period.

7. Membership Benefits:

- All members gain access to exclusive content and promotions during their active membership period.

8. Privacy and Security:

- User payment information is securely handled by the chosen payment method. The platform does not store sensitive payment details.

9. Communication:

- Members may receive periodic communications regarding their membership status and exclusive offers.

10. Termination of Membership:

- The platform reserves the right to terminate a membership in case of violations of the terms of service or fraudulent activities.

11. Modification of Terms:

- The platform reserves the right to modify membership terms, benefits, or pricing with advanced notice to existing members.
